Together with BMW, we developed and implemented a gamification concept for quality assurance. In three realistically designed scenarios, employees in car production playfully learn about the most important quality indicators of the plant and get to know the interrelationships.
Together with the "Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Magdeburg" we developed a gamification concept for the networking of 8 prototypes. With this, newly developed digitization solutions were made practically experiencable. The player is given valuable impulses for the implementation of digitization measures in his own company.

For the realization of your gamification stations we use state-of-the-art technology such as RFID, sensors, voice modules, flat screens, electromagnets, servo motors etc.. The technology acts invisibly in the background as part of the scenario.
Adapted to your target group, we develop a game world of rules, roles and rewards with you. The goal is to put the player in a flow state in which he is neither overchallenged nor underchallenged and permanently receives rewards and positive feedback.
